I am a software developer with almost two decades of experience building web applications. For the last 13 years, I have been working exclusively for the healthcare industry, where I have helped launch dozens of drugs and medical devices.
I enjoy mentoring our junior- and senior-level developers and providing a healthy environment for them to grow. Our job is often stressful and filled with tight timelines, but I always try to make time to speak to and coach them.
I am most proud of my team's ability to come together when things get tough and help each other get things done. We are consistently recognized for our ability to complete jobs where timelines are tight, and the pressure is high.
As part of my day-to-day, I hire, manage, and mentor the web development team, estimate and scope our project, manage timelines, resources and budgets, architect our frameworks and tech stacks, create documentation, and consult with our clients to find novel solutions to their business needs.
I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, going to concerts, and hanging out with my friends in my off time.
